Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns of merchandise for refunds are accepted within 30 days after you receive the merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
All website returns must be sent back to the website address following the return authorization procedures below.
Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
If items are purchased during a free shipping promotion and returned the refund will be reduced to cover the original shipping costs.
Cancellations of Online Subscription Services:
With any of our online subscription services, you are free to cancel your membership at any time, regardless of the membership plan you choose. There are no refunds for any charges prior to your cancellation. If you feel that you have been erroneously billed, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim. If any error is found, we will refund it immediately. Refunds take from 2-5 business days to show up on your account.
Returning Promotion Bundled Products:
If your subscription entitled you to a bonus product, this product has zero return value and cannot be refunded. We will not accept any returns of these products.
For Website Returns and Refunds: merchandise must be undamaged, contain original box or packaging material, have the packing slip taped to the top inside flap of the shipping carton, and must include a written letter stating the reason why you felt the product was unsatisfactory.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please ship your return prepaid and include the proper insurance and tracking, for your protection. All returns or exchanges must be shipped to the Website Address. Website returns or exchanges cannot be shipped to or processed at the retail store. Credit card refunds are issued to the purchaser only, recipients of gifts are issued on-line store credit.

For Items Received Damaged: Any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. The following procedures must be followed. Please keep all of the packing materials and boxes. Please note if the above instructions are not followed your claim may not be covered under the shipping company’s insurance policy.
